Cush fathered Nimrod; he was the first on earth to be a mighty man.


The name of the first is the Pishon. It is the one that flowed around the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold.


Now when the queen of Sheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the Lord, she came to test him with hard questions.


The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.
