God, the nations have come into your inheritance. They have defiled your holy temple. They have laid Jerusalem in heaps.


for they call themselves citizens of the holy city, and rely on the God of Israel; YHWH Almighty is his name.


Now I will tell y’all what I am going to do to my vineyard. I will remove its hedge, and it will be eaten up. I will break down its wall, and it will be trampled down.


Awake, awake! Put on your strength, Zion. Put on your beautiful garments, Jerusalem, the holy city, for from now on the uncircumcised and the unclean will no more come into you.


The adversary has spread out his hand on all her pleasant things; for she has seen that the nations have entered into her sanctuary, concerning whom you commanded that they should not enter into your assembly.


“When you have completed these days, you are to lie down a second time on your right side, and bear the iniquity of the house of Judah. I have assigned 40 days to you, a day for each year.


He measured it on the four sides. It had a wall around it, the length five hundred cubits, and the width five hundred cubits, to make a separation between that which was holy and that which was common.

“Then I desired to know the truth concerning the fourth animal, which was different from all of them, exceedingly terrible, whose teeth were of iron, and its nails of bronze; which devoured, broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with its feet;


He will speak words against the Most High, and will wear out the saints of the Most High. He will plan to change the times and the law; and they will be given into his hand until a time and times and half a time.


It grew great, even to the army of the sky; and it cast down some of the army and of the stars to the ground and trampled on them.


Then I heard a holy one speaking; and another holy one said to that certain one who spoke, “How long will the vision about the continual burnt offering, and the disobedience that makes desolate, to give both the sanctuary and the army to be trodden under foot be?”


He said to me, “To two thousand and three hundred evenings and mornings. Then the sanctuary will be cleansed.”


According to the number of the days y’all spied in the land, forty days, for every day, y’all will bear y’all’s iniquities for a year, forty years. Then y’all will know my opposition.’


(After his resurrection, they came out of the tombs, entered the holy city, and appeared to many people.)


Then the devil took him into the holy city. He had him stand on the pinnacle of the temple,


“Y’all are the salt of the earth, but if the salt has lost its flavor, how can it be made salty again? It is good for nothing, except to be thrown out and trampled on by humans.


They will fall by the edge of the sword and be led captive into all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the ethnic groups until the times of the nations are fulfilled.


How much more severe a punishment do y’all think someone deserves who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, and has treated as unclean the blood of the covenant through which he was sanctified, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?


After the three and a half days, the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood on their feet. Massive fear fell on those who watched them.


I will give to my two witnesses to prophesy one thousand two hundred sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.”


The woman fled into the wilderness where she has a place prepared by God, so she would be nourished there for 1,260 days.


He carried me away in the Spirit to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city, Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,


I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.


If anyone takes away from the words of the scroll of this prophecy, God will take away their share from the tree of life, and out of the holy city, which are written in this scroll.
