God said to him in the dream, “Yes, I know that in the integrity of your heart you have done this, and I also withheld you from sinning against me. Therefore I didn’t allow you to touch her.


Er, Judah’s firstborn, was wicked in YHWH’s sight. So YHWH killed him.


No one is greater in this house than I am, and he has not kept back anything from me but you, because you are his wife. How then can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?”


Whoever sheds human blood, by humans will their blood be shed, for in the image of God God made humankind.


They caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do that which was evil in YHWH’s sight, to provoke him to anger.


He made his son to pass through the fire, practiced sorcery, used enchantments, and dealt with those who had familiar spirits and with wizards. He did much evil in YHWH’s sight, to provoke him to anger.


Hᴇ calls to the heavens above, to the earth, that ʜᴇ may judge ʜɪꜱ people:

I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.

I saw heaven opened, and there was a white horse. The one who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and wages war.
