When you said, “Y’all are to seek my face,” my heart said to you, “I will seek your face, YHWH.”


But I trust in you, YHWH. I said, “You are my God.”


Whom do I have in heaven? There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you.


YHWH, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth! You have set your glory above the heavens!


Hᴇ will call to me, ‘You are my Father, my God, and the rock of my salvation!’


I will say of YHWH, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”


YHWH our God, other lords besides you have had dominion over us, but we will only acknowledge your name.


One will say, ‘I am YHWH’s.’ Another will be called by the name of Jacob; and another will write with his hand ‘to YHWH,’ and honor the name of Israel.”


I will bring the third part into the fire, and will refine them like silver is refined, and will test them like gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say, ‘It is my people;’ and they will say, ‘YHWH is my God.’”


In the same way, when y’all have done all the things that are commanded, y’all should say, ‘We are unworthy servants. We have only done our duty.’”
