For dogs have surrounded me. A company of evildoers have enclosed me. They have pierced my hands and feet.


The fear of YHWH teaches wisdom. Before honor is humility.


He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his garments became as white as the light.


He went a little farther, fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not what I will, but as you will.”


He went second time he went away and prayed, saying, “My Father, if this cup cannot pass away unless I drink it, may your will be done.”


As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothing became white like lightening.


No one takes it away from me, but I lay it down by myself. I have the power to lay it down, and I have the power to take it again. I received this commandment from my Father.”


but that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded me. Y’all get up, let’s go from here.


If y’all keep my commandments, y’all will remain in my love, even as I have kept my Father’s commandments and remain in ʜɪꜱ love.


Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of ʜɪᴍ who sent me and to accomplish ʜɪꜱ work.


In his humiliation, his justice was taken away. Who will explain his generation? For his life is taken away from the earth.”


Just as many were made sinners through the one human’s disobedience, so many will also be made righteous through the obedience of the one.


For y’all know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, he became poor for y’all’s sake, so that through his poverty y’all might become rich.


Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,”),


the body must not remain all night on the tree, but you must bury-bury it the same day. For the one who is hanged is cursed by God. Do not defile your land that YHWH your God is giving you for an inheritance.


who gave himself for us, in order to redeem us from all lawlessness and purify for himself a people for his own possession, eager to do excellent works.


fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.


In y’all’s striving against sin, y’all have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood.


“He himself bore our sins” in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. “By his wounds, y’all were healed.”


For Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring y’all to God, having been put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the Spirit.
