The Lord said, “I will bring them back from Bashan, I will bring them back from the depths of the sea,


I will reach out my hand and strike Egypt with all my wonders which I will do among them, and after that he will let y’all go.


He said, “Look, I am making a covenant: before all your people I will do marvels, such as have not been worked in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people among whom you will see the work of YHWH; for it is an awesome thing that I do with you.


There will be a highway for the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, like there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.


Isn’t it you who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep; who made the depths of the sea a way for the redeemed to pass over?


Awake, awake, put on strength, arm of YHWH! Awake, as in the days of old, the generations of ancient times. Isn’t it you who cut Rahab in pieces, who pierced the monster?
