Like a gold ring in a pig’s snout, is a beautiful woman who lacks discretion.


Don’t speak in the ears of a fool, for he will despise the wisdom of your words.


As a dog that returns to his vomit, so is a fool who repeats his folly.


Don’t answer a fool according to his folly, lest you also be like him.


But he answered, “It is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”


At that time many will be led to stumble, betray one another, and hate one another.


You hypocrite! First remove the beam from your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck from your sibling’s eye.


I have been on many journeys, with dangers from rivers, dangers from robbers, dangers from my own countrymen, dangers from ethnic groups, dangers in the city, dangers in the wilderness, dangers in the sea, and dangers from fake brothers.


Y’all must beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of the false circumcision.

This has happened to them according to the true proverbs, “A dog turns to its own vomit,” and “A sow that has washed returns to wallowing in the mire.”


Outside are the dogs, the magic drug users, the sexually immoral, the murderers, the idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.
