God said, “Let us make humankind as our image, in our likeness. They will have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the cattle, and over all the land, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the land.”


“Y’all come near to me and listen to this: “From the beginning I have not spoken in secret; from the time that it happened, I was there.” Now Lord YHWH has sent me with his Spirit.


Indeed, he says, “It is too light a thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel. I will also give you as a light to the nations, that you may be my salvation to the end of the earth.”


YHWH has made his holy arm bare in the eyes of all the nations. All the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.


He said to them, “Therefore every scribe who has been made a disciple in the Empire of Heaven is like a human owner of a house, who brings out of their treasure new and old things.”


All the ethnic groups will be gathered before him, and he will separate them from one another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.


until the day he was take up, after he had given orders through the Holy Spirit to the apostles he had chosen.


But y’all will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you*. Y’all will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”


They preached the gospel in that city and made many disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium, and Antioch,


Then those who received his word were baptized, and about three thousand souls were added to their number that day.


“Therefore let it be known to y’all that the salvation of God has been sent to the other ethnic groups, and they will listen.”


Immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he got up and was baptized.


But I say, didn’t they hear? Absolutely yes, “Their voice went out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.”


Or else what will they do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead aren’t raised at all, why then are they baptized for them?


The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with all y’all.


For all of y’all who were baptized in Christ have put on Christ.


For through him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.


if indeed you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you heard, which is being proclaimed in all creation under heaven, of which I, Paul, was made a deacon.


and this is a symbol of the baptism which now saves y’all (not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but the pledge of a good conscience toward God) through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,
