“How can you say, ‘I am not defiled. I have not gone after the Baals’? See your way in the valley. Know what you have done. You are a swift dromedary traversing her ways,


“Yet you said, ‘I am innocent. Surely his anger has turned away from me.’ “I will certainly judge you, because you say, ‘I have not sinned.’


“A son honors his father, and a slave his master. If I am a father, then where is my honor? And if I am a master, where is the respect due me?” says YHWH Almighty to y’all priests who despise my name. “Y’all ask, ‘How have we despised your name?’”


Y’all have wearied YHWH with your* words. Yet y’all say, “How have we wearied him?” Because y’all say, “Everyone who does evil is good in eyes of YHWH, and ʜᴇ delights in them,” or “Where is the God of justice?”


“Y’all’s words against me are harsh,” says YHWH. “Yet y’all say, ‘What have we said against you?’


Whoever welcomes a prophet in the name of a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward. Whoever receives a righteous person in the name of a righteous person will receive a righteous person’s reward.


I was a stranger, and y’all didn’t invite me in. I was naked, and y’all didn’t clothe me. I was sick and in prison, and y’all didn’t visit me.’


“Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly I tell y’all, whatever y’all didn’t do for one of the least of these, y’all didn’t do for to me.’


Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied.


Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, didn’t we prophesy in your name, in your name cast out demons, and in your name do many mighty works?’
