and testified against them, that you might bring them again to your law. Yet they were arrogant, and didn’t listen to your commandments, but sinned against your ordinances (which if a man does, he will live in them), turned their backs, stiffened their neck, and would not hear.


You are good, and do good. Teach me your statutes.


Why do you boast of mischief, mighty man? God’s lovingkindness endures continually.


“‘“But the children rebelled against me. They didn’t walk in my statutes, and didn’t keep my ordinances to do them, by which if a person keeps, they will live in them. They profaned my Sabbaths. Then I said I would pour out my wrath on them, to accomplish my anger against them in the wilderness.


Y’all are to keep my statutes and my ordinances, which if a human does, they will live in them. I am YHWH.


For Moses writes about the righteousness from the law, “The human who does these things will live by them.”


Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.


We have come to know and have believed the love God has for us. God is love, and anyone who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in them.


There is no one as holy as YHWH, for there is no one besides you, nor is there any rock like our God.
