Therefore y’all, don’t be afraid. Y’all are more valuable than many sparrows.


Y’all look at the birds of the sky: they do not sow, reap, or gather into barns, yet your* heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t y’all much more valuable than them?


Then he said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath to do good or to do harm? To save a life or to kill?” But they were silent.


Y’all consider the ravens: they don’t sow, they don’t reap, and they have no warehouse or barn—yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable are y’all than birds!


One Sabbath, Jesus went to the house of one of the rulers of the Pharisees to eat bread, they were watching him closely.


Then Jesus said to them, “I’m going to ask y’all something: on the Sabbath, is it lawful to do good or to do evil? To save a life or to destroy it?”
