At that moment Jesus said to the crowd, “Have y’all come out with swords and clubs to capture me like a robber? Every day I sat in the temple teaching, and you didn’t arrest me.


and laid it in his own new tomb, which he had cut out in the rock. Then he rolled a large stone in front of the entrance of the tomb and went away.


They couldn’t find a way to do it, because all the people were hanging on him, listening.
