Then YHWH God formed a human from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the human became a living being.


Adam had relations with his wife again. She gave birth to a son, and named him Seth, saying, “for God has given me another child instead of Abel, since Cain killed him.”


A son was also born to Seth, and he called him by the name Enosh. At that time people began to call on the name of YHWH.


But now, YHWH, you are our Father. We are the clay and you our potter. We all are the work of your hand.

Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,


So also it is written, “The first human Adam became a living soul.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.


The first human is of the earth, made of dust. The second human is from heaven.
