He is to put the incense on the fire before YHWH, so that the cloud of the incense may cover the mercy seat that is on the covenant, so that he will not die.


The angel answered him, “I am Gabriel, who stands in the presence of God. I was sent to speak to you and to bring you this good news.


The angel came to her and said, “Rejoice, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you.”


The angel said to them, “Y’all don’t be afraid! I am bringing y’all good news that will bring great joy to all the people.


Suddenly, an angel of the Lord stood among them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.


But an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the prison during the night, brought them out, and said,


Aren’t they all spirits of deacon-work, sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?


The sixth angel trumpeted. I heard a sound from the horns of the golden altar which is before God,


The Angel of YHWH appeared to the woman, and said to her, “See now, you are barren and childless, but you will conceive and bear a son.


God listened to the voice of Manoah, and the angel of God came again to the woman as she sat in the field; but Manoah, her husband, wasn’t with her.
