When Abram was ninety-nine years old, YHWH appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty. Walk before me and be blameless.


Then Jacob said to his household, and to all who were with him, “Y’all put away the foreign gods that are among y’all, purify yourselves*, and change y’all’s garments.


“Please YHWH, remember how I have walked before you in truth and with a whole heart, and have done that which is good in your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly.


which you have commanded by your servants the prophets, saying, ‘The land which y’all are entering to possess is an unclean land. Then unclean peoples of the lands, through their digusting practices, have filled it from end to end with their filthiness.


There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job. This man was blameless and upright, and one who feared God, and turned away from evil.


To humankind he said, ‘The fear of the Lord, that is wisdom. To depart from evil is understanding.’”


The fear of YHWH is the beginning of wisdom. All those who do ʜɪꜱ work have a good understanding. Hɪꜱ praise endures forever!


Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to YHWH’s law.


Let my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be disappointed. KAPF


But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.


I am YHWH, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.


I said to their children in the wilderness, ‘Y’all must not walk in the statutes of your* parents. Y’all must not keep their ordinances or defile yourselves* with their idols.


They played the prostitute in Egypt. They played the prostitute in their youth. Their breasts were fondled there, and their youthful nipples were caressed there.


Afterward the children of Israel will return and seek YHWH their God, and David their king. They will come with trembling to YHWH and to his blessings in the last days.


They must no more sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat idols, after which they play the prostitute. This will be a permanent statute to them throughout their generations.’


Hᴇ has shown you, human, what is good. What does YHWH require of you? To do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with your God.


But the seed that fell on the excellent ground, these are the ones who have an honest and excellent heart, who hear the word, hold it tightly, and through perseverance, produce fruit.


Then the church throughout all Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and was being built up. Living in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, the church increased in number.


Now this is our boast: the testimony of our conscience is that we have conducted ourselves in the world, and especially toward y’all, with godly integrity and sincerity, not by fleshly wisdom but by the grace of God.


Grace be with all those who love our Lord Jesus Christ with indestructible love. Amen.


Now, Israel, what does YHWH your God require of you, but to fear YHWH your God, to walk in all ʜɪꜱ ways, to love ʜɪᴍ, and to serve YHWH your God with all your heart and with all your soul,


You must be blameless before YHWH your God.


You are to fear YHWH your God, serve ʜɪᴍ, and swear by ʜɪꜱ name.


so that y’all may discern the things what is best, that y’all may be sincere and blameless until the day of Christ,


Joshua said to all the people, “YHWH, the God of Israel, says, ‘Long ago, y’all’s ancestors lived beyond the River, even Terah, the father of Abraham and the father of Nahor. They served other gods.


“Now therefore y’all must throw away the foreign gods among y’all, and incline y’all’s heart to YHWH, the God of Israel.”


If y’all will fear YHWH, and serve ʜɪᴍ, and listen to ʜɪꜱ voice, and not rebel against the commandment of YHWH, then both y’all and also the king who reigns over y’all are followers of YHWH your* God.


Only y’all must fear YHWH and serve ʜɪᴍ in truth with all y’all’s heart. Consider the great things ʜᴇ has done for y’all.


Samuel spoke to all the house of Israel, saying, “If y’all return to YHWH with all your* heart, then y’all must remove the foreign gods and the Ashtaroth from among y’all, and direct y’all’s hearts to YHWH, and serve ʜɪᴍ only. Then ʜᴇ will deliver y’all out of the hand of the Philistines.”
