Joshua cast lots for them in Shiloh before YHWH. There Joshua divided the land to the children of Israel according to their divisions.


The men arose and went. Joshua commanded those who went to survey the land, saying, “Y’all go walk through the land, write a description of it, and return to me. I will cast lots for y’all here before YHWH in Shiloh.”
