6 He said to them, “Cast y’all’s net on the right side of the boat, and y’all will find some.” So they cast the net, but then they were unable to haul it in because of the multitude of fish.

It will happen that fishermen will stand by it. From En Gedi even to En Eglaim will be a place for the spreading of nets. Their fish will be after their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceedingly many.


The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell—and its fall was great.”


His mother said to the deacons, “Whatever he tells y’all—y’all do it.”


Then those who received his word were baptized, and about three thousand souls were added to their number that day.


But many of those who heard the message believed, and the number of men came to be about five thousand.
