Those on the rocky soil are those who hear the word with joy when they hear it, but have no root. They believe for a while, but fall away in the time of temptation.


Therefore many of the Jews who came to Mary and saw what Jesus did believed in him.


This was the first the of signs Jesus did. In Cana of Galilee he revealed his glory, and his disciples believed in him.


When the Jewish Passover was near, Jesus went up to Jerusalem.


He came to Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God, for no one can do the signs that you do unless God is with him.”


So when he arrived in Galilee, the Galileans received him. They had seen everything that he did in Jerusalem at the feast, for they also went to the feast.


But the testimony which I have is greater than that of John. For the works which the Father gave me to accomplish, the very works that I do, testify about me, that the Father has sent me.


Now when the humans saw the sign that Jesus performed, they said, “This is truly the prophet who comes into the world.”


A large crowd followed him, because they saw the signs he was performing on those who were sick.


But many in the crowd believed in him. They said, “When the Christ comes, he won’t do more signs than this man has done, will he?”


For in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision amounts to anything, but faith working through love.


This is ʜɪꜱ commandment, that we should believe in the name of ʜɪꜱ Son, Jesus Christ, and love one another, even as ʜᴇ commanded.
