He will not strive, nor shout, nor will anyone hear his voice in the streets.


“The King will answer them, ‘Truly I tell y’all, because y’all did it to one of the least of these siblings and mine, y’all did it to me.’


“Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly I tell y’all, whatever y’all didn’t do for one of the least of these, y’all didn’t do for to me.’


After this, he went down to Capernaum with his mother, his brothers, and his disciples, and they stayed there for a few days.


His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for your house will eat me up.”


So when he was raised from the dead, his disciples remembered that he said this, and they believed the Scripture and the words that Jesus had spoken.


When the wine ran out, Jesus’s mother said to him, “They don’t have any more wine.”


After this, Jesus and his disciples went into the land of Judea. He stayed there with them and baptized.

So the disciples said to one another, “Did someone bring him something to eat?”


(His disciples had gone into the city to buy food.)


When they were full, he said to his disciples, “Y’all gather up the leftover pieces so that nothing will be lost.”


When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea.


When they heard this, many of his disciples said, “This is a hard saying! Who can understand it?”


At this, many of his disciples turned back and no longer walked with him.


So Jesus said to the twelve, “Y’all don’t want to go away too, do y’all?”


Jesus answered them, “Didn’t I choose y’all, the twelve? And yet one of y’all is a devil!”


Now he spoke of Judas, the son of Simon Iscariot, for he was the one from the twelve who would betray him.


One of his disciples, Andrew, Simon Peter’s brother, said to him,


So His brothers said to him, “Leave from here and go into Judea, so that your disciples there may see the works you do.


and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year, they met together with the church and taught a considerable number of people. The disciples were first called ‘Christians’ in Antioch.


The disciples decided to send help to the siblings living in Judea, each according to their means.


So whether y’all eat or drink, or whatever y’all do, y’all do all to the glory of God.


A woman is bound as long as her man lives, but if the man dies, she is free to be married to whomever she wishes, only in the Lord.


Whatever y’all do, in word or in deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.


Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.


Look! I am standing at the door and knocking. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in and dine with them, and they with me.
