“The servant said, ‘Master, what you commanded has been done, but there is still room.’


Little children, I will be with y’all a little while longer. Y’all will look for me, and just as I said to the Jews I am telling y’all now, ‘Where I am going, y’all can’t come,’


Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, where are you going?” Jesus answered, “Where I am going, you can’t follow now, but you will follow later.”


Y’all heard me say to y’all, ‘I am going away, and I will come back to y’all.’ If y’all loved me, y’all would have rejoiced because I am going to my Father, for the Father is greater than I.


But I have told y’all these things so that when the time comes, y’all may remember that I told y’all about them. I didn’t tell y’all these things from the beginning, because I was with y’all.


Father, I desire that those whom you have given me to be with me where I am, so that they might see my glory which you have given me, for you loved me before the foundation of the world.


I will show him how much he must suffer on behalf of my name.”


For we know that if our earthly house, the tent we live in, is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in the heavens, not made by human hands.


For God didn’t appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ,


in the hope of eternal life, which the unlying God promised before time eternal,


For he was looking forward to the city with firm foundations, whose architect and artisan is God.


For here we don’t have an enduring city, but we seek the city that is to come.


where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.


By this, the Holy Spirit was indicating that the way into the Holy Place was not yet revealed while the first tabernacle was still standing.

I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
