Early in the morning, Abraham went up to the place where he had stood before YHWH.


YHWH rejected all the offspring of Israel, afflicted them, and delivered them into the hands of raiders, until he had cast them out of his sight.


Therefore he said that he would destroy them, had Moses, his chosen, not stood before him in the breach, to turn away his wrath, so that he wouldn’t destroy them.


Moses and Aaron were among ʜɪꜱ priests, Samuel was among those who call on ʜɪꜱ name. They called on YHWH, and ʜᴇ answered them.


The king’s favor is toward a servant who deals wisely, but his wrath is toward one who causes shame.


For YHWH says, “Look, I will sling out the inhabitants of the land at this time, and will distress them, that they may feel it.”


“Therefore, you must not pray for this people. Don’t lift up a cry or a prayer for them, because I will not listen to them when they cry to me because of their evil.


YHWH said to me, “Don’t pray for this people for their good.


When they fast, I will not hear their cry; and when they offer burnt offering and meal offering, I will not accept them; but I will consume them by the sword, by famine, and by pestilence.”


Therefore YHWH says, “If you return, then I will return you, so that you may stand before me. If you take out the precious from the vile, you will be as my mouth. They will return to you, but you will not return to them.


Therefore I will cast y’all out of this land into the land that y’all have not known, neither you* nor your* ancestors. There y’all will serve other gods day and night, for I will show y’all no mercy.’


For YHWH says, “Don’t enter into the house of mourning. Don’t go to lament. Don’t bemoan them, for I have taken away my peace from this people,” says YHWH, “my lovingkindness and tender mercies.


Should evil be repaid for good? For they have dug a pit for my soul. Remember how I stood before you to speak good for them, to turn away your wrath from them.


Is this man Coniah a despised broken vessel? Is he a vessel in which no one delights? Why are they cast out, he and his offspring, and cast into a land which they don’t know?


therefore, I will utterly forget y’all, and I will cast y’all away from my presence along with the city that I gave to y’all and to y’all’s ancestors.


therefore YHWH Almighty, the God of Israel, says: ‘Jonadab the son of Rekab will not lack a man to stand before me forever.’”


It was because of YHWH’s anger that all this happened in Jerusalem and Judah, when he threw them out from ʜɪꜱ presence. Zedekiah rebelled against the king of Babylon.


For a voice of wailing is heard out of Zion, ‘How we are ruined! We are greatly ashamed because we have forsaken the land, because they have cast down our dwellings.’”


though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they would deliver only their own souls by their righteousness,” says Lord YHWH.


“I sought for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.


“All their wickedness is in Gilgal; for there I hated them. Because of the wickedness of their deeds, I will drive them out of my house! I will love them no more. All their princes are rebels.


Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments and was standing before the angel.


I prayed to YHWH, and said, “Lord YHWH, don’t destroy your people and your inheritance that you have redeemed through your greatness, that you have brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand.


For Christ did not enter a holy place made with hands that was only a representation of the true one, but into heaven itself, now appearing for us in the presence of God.


My heart is toward the leaders of Israel, who offered themselves willingly among the people. Y’all bless YHWH!


All the people said to Samuel, “You must pray for your servants to YHWH your God, so that we not die. For we have added to all our others sins this evil by asking for a king.”


As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against YHWH by ceasing to pray for y’all. I will instruct y’all in the good and the right way.


Samuel took a suckling lamb, and offered it for a whole burnt offering to YHWH. Samuel cried to YHWH for Israel, and YHWH answered him.
