Those who tills their land will have plenty of bread, but the one who chases fantasies is lacks sense.


YHWH says, “What unrighteousness have y’all’s ancestors found in me, that they have gone far from me, and have walked after worthless vanity, and have become worthless?


For though they knew God, they didn’t glorify him as God and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless hearts were darkened.


We compute, then, that a human is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.


But who are you, a human, to contradict God? Does something molded say to the molder, “Why did you make me like this?”


For in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision amounts to anything, but faith working through love.


For if anyone thinks they are something when they are nothing, they deceive themselves.


Y’all see to it that no one takes y’all captive through philosophy and vain deceit, according to human tradition and the elemental spirits of the world rather than after Christ.


Some people have departed from these things and turned to vain discussion,


For there are many rebellious people, empty talkers and deceivers, especially those in the circumcision group.


If anyone thinks of themself as religious but doesn’t bridle their tongue, they deceive their own heart and their religion is worthless.


In the same way faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself.


For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead.
