Hᴇ spread a cloud for a covering, fire to give light in the night.


Praise YHWH! I will give thanks to YHWH with my whole heart, in the council of the upright, and in the congregation.


In the daytime ʜᴇ also led them with a cloud, and all night with a light of fire.


Surely ʜɪꜱ salvation is near those who fear ʜɪᴍ, that glory may dwell in our land.

In the morning watch, YHWH looked out on the Egyptian army through the pillar of fire and of cloud, and confused the Egyptian army.


YHWH’s glory settled on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. The seventh day he called to Moses out of the middle of the cloud.


“Moreover you are to make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, with cherubim. You are to make them with the work of a skillful worker.


“You are to make curtains of goats’ hair for a covering over the tabernacle. You are to make eleven curtains.


My people will live in a peaceful habitation, in safe dwellings, and in quiet resting places,


Look at Zion, the city of our appointed festivals. Your eyes will see Jerusalem, a quiet habitation, a tent that won’t be removed. Its stakes will never be plucked up, nor will any of its cords be broken.


‘For I will defend this city and save it, for my own sake, and for the sake of my servant David.’”


I bring my righteousness near. It is not far off, and my salvation will not wait. I will grant salvation to Zion, my glory to Israel.


“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and YHWH’s glory has risen on you!


For look, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but YHWH will arise on you, and ʜɪꜱ glory will be seen on you.


For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them.”


teaching them to observe all things that I commanded y’all. And surely I am always with y’all, to the end of the age.”
