When all Israel heard that Jeroboam had returned, they sent and called him to the congregation, and made him king over all Israel. There was no one who followed David’s house, except for the tribe of Judah only.


The king of Assyria discovered a conspiracy in Hoshea, for he had sent messengers to So king of Egypt, and offered no tribute to the king of Assyria, as he had done year by year. Therefore the king of Assyria seized him, and bound him in prison.


YHWH is King forever and ever! The nations will perish from ʜɪꜱ land.


Let Israel rejoice their Maker. Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King.


God, you are my King. Command victories for Jacob!

YHWH will be King over all the earth. In that day YHWH will be one, and his name one.

YHWH said to Samuel, “Listen to the voice of the people in all that they tell you; for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected me as the king over them.
