17 I will bring the flood of waters on this earth to destroy all flesh having the breath of life from under the sky. Everything that is in the earth will die.

Then YHWH God formed a human from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the human became a living being.


God said to Noah, “I will bring an end to all flesh, for the earth is filled with violence through them. Watch, I will destroy them and the earth.


You are to make a roof in the ark and finish it to a cubit from the top. Set the door of the ark in its side. You are to make it with lower, second, and third levels.


YHWH said, “I will destroy humanity whom I have created from the surface of the ground—humans, along with animals, creeping things, and birds of the sky—for I am sorry that I have made them.”


Pairs from all flesh with the breath of life in them went into the ark to Noah.


The flood was forty days on the earth. The waters increased, and lifted up the ark, and it was lifted up above the earth.


In seven days, I will cause it to rain on the earth for forty days and forty nights. I will destroy every living thing that I have made from the surface of the ground.”


“Look! I will establish my covenant with y’all, and with y’all’s offspring after y’all,


who were snatched away before their time, whose foundation was poured out as a stream,


and a fruitful land into a salt waste, for the wickedness of those who dwell in it.


YHWH sits enthroned over the flood. YHWH sits as King forever.


I myself will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they will go in after them. I will get myself honor over Pharaoh, and over all his armies, over his chariots, and over his horsemen.


“I, even I, am ʜᴇ who comforts y’all. Who are you, that you are afraid of humans who will die, and of the child of humanity who will be made as grass?


“For this is like the waters of Noah to me; for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah will no more go over the earth, so I have sworn that I will not be angry with you, nor rebuke you.


“‘For Lord YHWH says: “See, I myself, will search for my sheep and will seek them out.


“Therefore Lord YHWH says to them: ‘Look, I myself will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.


therefore Lord YHWH says: ‘Look, I myself am against you. And I will execute judgments among you in the sight of the nations.


and say, ‘Mountains of Israel, y’all must listen the word of Lord YHWH! Lord YHWH says to the mountains and to the hills, to the watercourses and to the valleys: “Look, I myself will bring a sword on y’all, and I will destroy y’all’s high places.


For I will be to Ephraim like a lion, and like a young lion to the house of Judah. I myself will tear in pieces and go away. I will carry off, and there will be no one to deliver.


then in my anger I will walk in opposition to y’all. I myself will chastise y’all seven times for y’all’s sins.


It is he who builds his rooms in the heavens, and has founded his vault on the earth; he who calls for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the surface of the earth—YHWH is his name.


They didn’t understand until the flood came and took them all. It will be the same way at the coming of the Son of Humanity.


People were eating and drinking, getting married and being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.


so that just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.


For the payment for sin is death, but the gracious gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.


“Y’all look and see that I myself am he. There is no god besides me. I kill and I make alive. I wound and I heal. There is no one who can deliver out of my hand.


By faith Noah, when he was warned about things not yet seen, with reverence he constructed an ark to save his household. Through this, he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to faith.


who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In the ark, a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water,


and if ʜᴇ didn’t spare the ancient world, but preserved only eight people including Noah, a herald of righteousness, when ʜᴇ brought a flood on the ungodly world;
