Laban said, “Agreed! Let it be according to your word.”


He set a three day journey between himself and Jacob, and Jacob fed the rest of Laban’s flocks.


Thus God has taken away y’all’s father’s livestock, and given them to me.


that y’all are to say, ‘Your servants have been keepers of livestock from our youth even until now, both we, and our fathers.’ Then you will be allowed to dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination to the Egyptians.”
