David was afraid of YHWH that day; and he said, “How could the ark of YHWH come to me?”


All humankind will be afraid. They will declare the work of God, and ponder what ʜᴇ has done.


Then Moses said to Aaron, “This is what YHWH spoke of, saying, ‘I will show myself holy to those who come near me, and before all the people I will be glorified.’” Aaron held his peace.


Fear came upon everyone who lived around them, and throughout all the hill country of Judea people were talking about all that had happened.


Fear seized them all, and they glorified God, saying, “A great prophet has arisen among us!” and, “God has come to help his people!”


When the proconsul saw what happened, he believed, being astonished at the teaching of the Lord.


They arrived in Ephesus, Paul left them there. But he himself went into the synagogue and reasoned with the Jews.


Instead, he said farewell and added, “I will come back to y’all if God wills.” Then he set sail from Ephesus.


While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul passed through the interior regions and came to Ephesus where he found some disciples.


The man with the evil spirit jumped on them, overpowered them all, and beat them into submission, so that they ran out of that house naked and wounded.


And many who had believed came forward, publicly acknowledging and declaring their practices.


Awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were performed through the apostles.


Great fear came on the whole church, and on all who heard about these things.


None of the rest dared join them, but the people held them in high regard.


When Ananias heard these words, he fell down and died, and great fear came on all who heard.


My expectation and hope is that I will in no way be ashamed, but that with total boldness, Christ will be magnified in my body, now and always, whether by life or by death.


so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in y’all, and y’all in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.


Finally, siblings, y’all pray for us that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with y’all,


The men of Beth Shemesh said, “Who is able to stand before YHWH, this holy God? To whom will it go from us?”
