Then YHWH God formed a human from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the human became a living being.


in whose hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all humanity?


“Can a man be profitable to God? Surely he who is wise is profitable to himself.


for as long as my life is still in me, and the breath of God is in my nostrils;


The Spirit of God has made me, and the breath of the Almighty gives me life.


If ʜᴇ set his heart on something, if ʜᴇ gathered ʜɪꜱ spirit and breath,


I say to YHWH, “You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing.”


God YHWH, he who created the heavens and stretched them out, he who spread out the earth and that which comes out of it, he who gives breath to its people and spirit to those who walk in it, says:


For I will not contend forever, neither will I always be angry; for the spirit would faint before me, and the souls whom I have made.


So Zedekiah the king swore secretly to Jeremiah, saying, “As YHWH lives, who made our life, I will not put you to death, neither will I give you into the hand of these men who seek your life.”


A revelation of the word of YHWH concerning Israel: YHWH, who stretches out the heavens and lays the foundation of the earth, and forms the spirit of man within him says:


They fell on their faces, and said, “God, the God of the spirits of all flesh, if one man sins, will you be angry with the entire congregation?”


“Let YHWH, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation,


that y’all may be children of your* Father who is in heaven. For ʜᴇ causes ʜɪs sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust.


But y’all go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy and not sacrifice.’ For I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”


Yet ʜᴇ didn’t leave ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ without a witness, since he did what is good by giving y’all rain from heaven and fruitful seasons, satisfying y’all with food and y’all’s hearts with joy.”


‘For in ʜɪᴍ we live, move, and exist.’ As some of y’all’s own poets have said, ‘For we are also ʜɪs offspring.’


“Or who has first given to ʜɪᴍ, that it will be repaid to them?”


and love YHWH your God, listening ʜɪꜱ voice, and to clinging to ʜɪᴍ. For ʜᴇ is your life, and the length of your days, that you may dwell in the land which YHWH swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.


Charge those who are rich in this present age not to be arrogant or have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.
