But when they persecute y’all in this city, flee into the next, for truly I tell y’all, y’all will not have gone through the cities of Israel until the Son of Humanity comes.


When the crowd saw what Paul had done, they raised their voices saying in the Lycaonian language, “The gods have come down to us in human form!”


In Lystra a man who had no strength in his feet was sitting. He had been lame since birth and had never walked.


Some time later, Paul said to Barnabas, “Let’s return and visit the siblings in every city where we proclaimed the word of the Lord, to see how they are doing.”


Paul was accompanied by Sopater son of Pyrrhus from Berea, Aristarchus and Secundus from Thessalonica, Gaius from Derbe, Timothy, and Tychicus and Trophimus from the province of Asia.


but Saul learned of their plot. They were watching the gates day and night so that they could kill him,


persecutions, and the sufferings that happened to me at Antioch, Iconium, and Lystra. I endured those persecutions, and the Lord delivered me from them all.
