They will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”


So the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had designated.


For I also am a human under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, ‘Go!’ and he goes, and to another, ‘Come!’ and he comes. I say to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”


I have other sheep which are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will hear my voice. They will become one flock with one shepherd.


and not for the ethnic group only, but that he might also gather together into one group the children of God who are scattered abroad.


When the proconsul saw what happened, he believed, being astonished at the teaching of the Lord.


As they were leaving the synagogue, the people urged them to speak more about these things on the next Sabbath.


This became a major argument and debate between them and Paul and Barnabas. So Paul, Barnabas, and some others of them were appointed to go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and elders about this question.


When they had read it, they rejoiced over the encouragement.


Then those who received his word were baptized, and about three thousand souls were added to their number that day.


praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And every day the Lord added to their number those who were being saved.


We went on ahead to the ship and set sail for Assos, where we intended to pick up Paul, because he had arranged it, intending himself to go there by land.


I said, ‘What should I do, Lord?’ The Lord said to me, ‘Get up and go into Damascus. There you will be told about everything that you have been appointed to do.’


After appointing a day for him, they came to his lodging in even larger numbers. He explained to them from morning until evening, testifying about the Empire of God, working to persuade them about Jesus from the law of Moses and the prophets.


So there was great joy in that city.


What then? What Israel seeks for, it didn’t obtain, but the elect obtained it, and the rest were hardened.


Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and the authorities who exist are established by God.


We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to ʜɪꜱ purpose.


Now I urge y’all, siblings (y’all know that the house of Stephanas were the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to deacon-work for the saints),


We were also chosen as ʜɪꜱ inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of ʜɪᴍ who does all things according to the counsel of ʜɪꜱ will,


and the exceeding greatness of ʜɪꜱ power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of ʜɪꜱ might


just as ʜᴇ chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we would be holy and blameless before ʜɪᴍ in love,


having predestined us to adoption as children through Jesus Christ to ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ, according to the satisfaction of ʜɪꜱ desire,


Finally, siblings, y’all pray for us that the word of the Lord may spread rapidly and be honored, just as it was with y’all,
