In those days, Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan.


So then, after the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was received up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.


Y’all are witnesses of these things.


Now when all the people were baptized, Jesus also was baptized, and while he was praying, the sky was opened,


Y’all will also testify, because y’all have been with me from the beginning.


They said, “Men of Galilee, why are y’all standing here looking into the sky? This Jesus, who has been taken from y’all into heaven, will come back in the same way y’all watched him go into heaven.”

God has raised this Jesus, and we all are witnesses to this.


With massive power the apostles were giving their testimony of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and massive grace was on them all.


how will we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? It was first spoken through the Lord and was confirmed to us by those who heard him.
