2 Kings 3:13 - Y'all Version Bible

13 Elisha said to the king of Israel, “What have I to do with you? Go to the prophets of your father, and to the prophets of your mother.” The king of Israel said to him, “No, for YHWH has called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab.”

Now therefore send, and gather to me all Israel to Mount Carmel, and four hundred fifty of the prophets of Baal, and four hundred of the prophets of the Asherah, who eat at Jezebel’s table.”


Then the king of Israel gathered the prophets together, about four hundred men, and said to them, “Should I go against Ramoth Gilead to battle, or should I refrain?” They said, “Go up; for the Lord will deliver it into the hand of the king.”


The king of Israel said, “Alas! For YHWH has called these three kings together to deliver them into the hand of Moab.”


Jehoshaphat said, “word of YHWH is with him.” So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat and the king of Edom went down to him.


Then they will call on me, but I will not answer. They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me,


Now where are y’all’s prophets who prophesied to you*, saying, ‘The king of Babylon will not come against y’all, nor against this land?’


“Y’all come on! Let’s return to YHWH. For ʜᴇ has torn us to pieces, but ʜᴇ will heal us. Hᴇ has injured us, but ʜᴇ will bind up our wounds.


And they cried out, saying, “What do we have to do with you, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?”


Jesus said to her, “Woman, what does that have to do with you and me? My hour has not yet come.”


From now on, we don’t view anyone from a fleshly perspective. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, but now we no longer know him that way.
