He said, “Lord YHWH, how will I know that I will inherit it?”


“This will be the sign to you: This year, you will eat what grows by itself, and in the second year that which springs from that; and in the third year y’all are to sow and reap, and y’all are to plant vineyards and eat their fruit.


“Turn back, and tell Hezekiah the prince of my people, ‘YHWH, the God of David your father, says, “I have heard your prayer. I have seen your tears. Look, I will heal you. On the third day, you will go up to the house of YHWH.


Isaiah said, “Y’all are to get fig cake.” They got one and laid it on the sore and he recovered.


Isaiah said, “This will be the sign to you from YHWH, that YHWH will do the thing that he has spoken: should the shadow go forward ten steps, or go back ten steps?”


Now Isaiah had said, “Let them take a cake of figs, and apply it to the boil, and he will recover.”


Hezekiah also had said, “What is the sign that I will go up to the house of YHWH?”


“Ask for a sign from YHWH your God. It could be as deep as Sheol or as high as heaven.”


Therefore the Lord ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ will give y’all a sign. Look, the virgin will become pregnant and bear a son, and she will name him Immanuel.


After two days he will revive us. On the third day he will raise us up, and we will live before him.


“Two men went up into the temple to pray, one was a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.


This will be a sign to y’all: y’all will find a baby wrapped in cloth and lying in a feeding trough.”


He said to him, “If now I have found favor in your sight, then show me a sign that it is you who talk with me.
