Having investigated everything carefully from the beginning, it seemed good to me to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus,


Then y’all will know the truth, and the truth will set y’all free.”


They did this, sending their aid to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.


Y’all greet Rufus, the chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.


But when I saw that they didn’t walk uprightly according to the truth of the gospel, I said to Peter before them all, “If you, being a Jew, live as the Gentiles do, and not as the Jews do, why do you compel the ethnic groups to live as the Jews do?


We did not give in to their subjection, not even for an hour, so that the truth of the gospel might continue with y’all.


Foolish Galatians, who has bewitched y’all, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly portrayed as crucified?


Y’all were running well! Who cut in to stop y’all from obeying the truth?


because of the hope which is laid up for y’all in the heavens which y’all heard previously in the word of the truth, the gospel


who wants all humans to be saved and come to th knowledge of the truth.


For if we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no more sacrifice for sins remains,


according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood: Grace and peace be multiplied to y’all.


Therefore, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ and as one who will share in the glory to be revealed, I exhort the elders among y’all:


She who is in Babylon, chosen together with y’all, greets y’all. So does Mark, my son.


I have not written to y’all because y’all don’t know the truth, but because y’all do know it, and because no lie is of the truth.


My little children, let us not love in words or with the tongue, but in deed and in truth.


The children of your chosen sister greet you.


Now I beg you, dear lady, not as if I were writing a new commandment, but one which we had from the beginning, that we love one another.
