Paul went to Derbe and Lystra, and a disciple was there named Timothy, the son of a Jewish mother who was a believer, but whose father was a Greek,


For it has been the good pleasure of Macedonia and Achaia to make a contribution for the poor among the saints who are at Jerusalem.


Timothy, my fellow worker, greets y’all, as do Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my countrymen.


Y’all greet the church that is in their house. Y’all greet Epaenetus, my beloved, who is the first fruits of Achaia to Christ.


Y’all must not become a stumbling block, whether to Jews, to Greeks, or to the church of God;


Now if Timothy comes, y’all see to it that he is without fear with y’all, for he does the work of the Lord, as I also do.


Now I urge y’all, siblings (y’all know that the house of Stephanas were the first fruits of Achaia, and that they have devoted themselves to deacon-work for the saints),


My love to all y’all in Christ Jesus. Amen.


Such were some of y’all. But y’all were washed, y’all were sanctified, y’all were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God.


For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, whom we preached among y’all— Silvanus, Timothy, and I—was not “Yes” and “No,” but in him it is always “Yes.”


I invoke God as a witness to my soul, that it was to spare y’all that I didn’t come to Corinth.


As the truth of Christ is in me, no one will block me from boasting in the regions of Achaia.


for I know y’all’s eagerness, and I boast about y’all to the Macedonians, saying that Achaia has been prepared since last past year. Y’all’s zeal has stirred up most of them.


Paul, an apostle—not from humans, nor by humans, but through Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead—


So y’all are all children of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
