YHWH was sorry that ʜᴇ had made man on the earth, and it grieved ʜɪᴍ in ʜɪꜱ heart.


YHWH said, “I will destroy humanity whom I have created from the surface of the ground—humans, along with animals, creeping things, and birds of the sky—for I am sorry that I have made them.”


When the angel stretched out his hand toward Jerusalem to destroy it, YHWH relented of the disaster, and said to the angel who destroyed the people, “It is enough. Now withdraw your hand.” the Angel of YHWH was by the threshing floor of Araunah the Jebusite.


YHWH was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned away from YHWH, the God of Israel, who had appeared to him twice,


So Saul died for his trespass which he committed against YHWH, because of the word of YHWH, which he didn’t keep, and also because he asked counsel of one who had a familiar spirit, to inquire,


God sent an angel to Jerusalem to destroy it. As he was about to destroy, YHWH saw, and he relented of the disaster, and said to the destroying angel, “It is enough. Now withdraw your hand.” the Angel of YHWH was standing by the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.


because they turned away from following ʜɪᴍ, and wouldn’t pay attention to any of his ways,


In return for my love, they are my adversaries; but I am in prayer.


YHWH has sworn, and will not change his mind: “You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.”


Streams of tears run down my eyes, because they don’t observe your law. TZADHE


But as for those who turn away to their crooked ways, YHWH will lead them away with the workers of iniquity. Peace be on Israel.


The words of his mouth are iniquity and deceit. He has ceased to be wise and to do good.


They turned again and tempted God, and provoked the Holy One of Israel.


but turned back, and dealt treacherously like their fathers. They were twisted like a deceitful bow.


Moses begged YHWH his God, and said, “YHWH, why does your wrath burn hot against your people, that you have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?


So YHWH turned away from the evil which ʜᴇ said ʜᴇ would do to ʜɪꜱ people.


They have turned back to the iniquities of their ancestors, who refused to listen to my words. They have followed other gods to serve them. The house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their ancestors.


But if y’all won’t listen, my soul will weep in secret for your pride. My eye will weep-and-weep, and overflow with tears, because YHWH’s flock has been taken captive.


but y’all repented back around and profaned my name, and each one took back their male servant and female servant, whom y’all had set free to their desire. Y’all brought them into subjection, to be to y’all male servants and female servants.’”


Oh that my head were waters, and my eyes a spring of tears, that I might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!


Let them make haste and take up a wailing for us, that our eyes may run down with tears and our eyelids gush out with waters.


“But when the righteous turns away from their righteousness, and commits iniquity, and does the same abominations that the wicked doe, should that person live? None of the righteous deeds they did will be remembered. In their trespass and his sin, in them he will die.


YHWH relented concerning this. “It will not happen,” says YHWH.


When God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way, God relented from the disaster which he said he would do to them, and he didn’t do it.


He prayed to YHWH, and said, “Please, YHWH, wasn’t this what I said when I was still in my own country? This is what I tried to prevent by fleeing to Tarshish. For I knew that you are a gracious God and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness, and you relent of doing harm.


those who have turned back from following YHWH, and those who haven’t sought YHWH nor inquired after him.


But the one who endures to the end will be saved.


But I tell y’all, love your* enemies, bless those who curse y’all, do good to those who hate y’all, and pray for those who persecute y’all,


During those days, Jesus went out to the mountain to pray, and he spent the whole night in prayer to God.


But my righteous one will live by faith. But in the one who shrinks back, my soul takes no pleasure.”


“The whole congregation of YHWH says, ‘What is this unfaithful act that y’all have committed against the God of Israel, turning away today from following YHWH? Y’all built an altar for yourselves* to rebel against YHWH today?


As for me, far be it from me that I should sin against YHWH by ceasing to pray for y’all. I will instruct y’all in the good and the right way.


Samuel said to Saul, “You have done foolishly. You have not kept the commandment of YHWH your God, which he commanded you; for now YHWH would have established your kingdom on Israel forever.


Then the word of YHWH came to Samuel, saying,


Now go and strike Amalek. Y’all are to totally destroy all that they have. Don’t spare them, but kill both man and woman, infant and nursing baby, ox and sheep, camel and donkey.’”


Samuel came no more to see Saul until the day of his death, but Samuel mourned for Saul. YHWH grieved that he had made Saul king over Israel.


But Saul and the people spared Agag and the best of the sheep, of the cattle, of the fat calves, of the lambs, and all that was good, and were not willing to utterly destroy them; but everything that was vile and refuse, that they destroyed utterly.


YHWH said to Samuel, “How long will you mourn for Saul, since I have rejected him from being king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go. I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have provided a king for myself among his sons.”


But the thing displeased Samuel when they said, “Give us a king to judge us.” Samuel prayed to YHWH.
