11 On the next day, Saul put the people in three companies; and they came into the middle of the camp in the morning watch, and struck the Ammonites until the heat of the day. Those who remained were scattered, so that no two of them were left together.

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.


In the morning watch, YHWH looked out on the Egyptian army through the pillar of fire and of cloud, and confused the Egyptian army.


For in the way y’all judge, y’all will be judged; and with the measure y’all use, it will be measured to y’all.


For judgment is without mercy to anyone who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
