Surely I have stilled and quieted my soul, like a weaned child with his mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me.


YHWH upholds the humble. Hᴇ brings the wicked down to the ground.


For YHWH takes pleasure in ʜɪꜱ people. Hᴇ crowns the humble with salvation.


Hᴇ will guide the humble in justice. Hᴇ will teach the humble ʜɪꜱ way.


The princess inside is all glorious. Her clothing is interwoven with gold.


Surely, you desire truth in the inward parts. You teach me wisdom in the inmost place.


but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.


The humble also will increase their joy in YHWH, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

Therefore, putting aside all filthiness and excess evil, with humility y’all should receive the implanted word, which is able to save y’all’s souls.

But sanctify Christ as Lord in y’all’s hearts. Always be ready to give an answer to everyone who asks y’all to give a reason for the hope that is in y’all. But do this with gentleness and reverence,
