“Moreover, concerning the foreigner, who is not of your people Israel, when he comes out of a far country for your name’s sake


Instead y’all are to fear YHWH, who brought you* up out of the land of Egypt with great power and with an outstretched arm, and y’all are to bow to ʜɪᴍ and sacrifice to ʜɪᴍ.


Now therefore, YHWH our God, save us, I beg you, out of his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that you, YHWH, are God alone.”


However, concerning the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, who sent to him to inquire of the wonder that was done in the land, God left him to test him, that he might know all that was in his heart.


with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm, for ʜɪꜱ lovingkindness endures forever.


You have a mighty arm. Your hand is strong, and your right hand is exalted.

“Ah Lord YHWH! You have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for you.


As I live,” says Lord YHWH, “I will be king over y’all with a mighty hand, with an outstretched arm, and with wrath poured out.


But I worked for my name’s sake, that it should not be profaned in the sight of the nations among which they were, in whose sight I made myself known to them in bringing them out of the land of Egypt.


The king answered to Daniel, and said, “Surely, y’all’s God is the God of gods, and the Lord of kings, and a revealer of mysteries, since you have been able to reveal this mystery.”


Nebuchadnezzar spoke and said, “Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who has sent ʜɪꜱ angel and delivered ʜɪꜱ servants who trusted in ʜɪᴍ, and have changed the king’s word, and have yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god except their own God.

It will happen that everyone who is left of all the nations that came against Jerusalem will go up from year to year to worship the King, YHWH Almighty, and to keep the feast of booths.


Throughout y’all’s generations, when a foreigner living among y’all or anyone else presents a food offering as a pleasant aroma to YHWH, they must do as y’all do.


So he got up and went. There he saw an Ethiopian man, a eunuch and high official of Kandake (queen of the Ethiopians), who was over her entire treasury. He had gone to Jerusalem to worship,


“Lord YHWH, you have begun to show your servant your greatness and your strong hand. For what god is there in heaven or in earth that can do works and mighty acts like yours?


Or has God tried to go and take a nation for ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ from among another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand, by an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, as YHWH y’all’s God did for y’all in Egypt before your eyes?


So y’all must be sure to do them, for this is y’all’s wisdom and understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say, “Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.”


This was so that all the peoples of the earth may know that YHWH’s hand is mighty, and that y’all would always fear YHWH y’all’s God.’”


For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land will hear of it, and will surround us, and cut off our name from the earth. What will you do for your great name?”
