I will sprinkle clean water on y’all, and y’all will be clean. I will cleanse y’all from all your* filthiness and from all your* idols.


For the life of the flesh is in the blood. I have given it to y’all on the altar to make atonement for y’all’s souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement by reason of the life.


As for you also, because of the blood of your covenant, I have set free your prisoners from the waterless pit.


for this is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.


After Jesus was baptized, he came up from the water, and suddenly the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and coming on him.


He said to them, “This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many.


In the same way, after they had eaten, he took the cup and said, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for y’all.


the Spirit of truth. The world can’t receive ʜɪᴍ, because it doesn’t see ʜɪᴍ and doesn’t know ʜɪᴍ. Y’all know ʜɪᴍ, for ʜᴇ lives with y’all and will be in y’all.


Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.


“When the Counselor has come, whom I will send to y’all from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.


However, when ʜᴇ, the Spirit of truth, has come, ʜᴇ will guide y’all into all truth, for ʜᴇ will not speak from ʜɪᴍꜱᴇʟꜰ; but whatever ʜᴇ hears, ʜᴇ will speak. Hᴇ will declare to y’all what is coming.


Jesus answered, “Truly I tell you, no one can enter into the Empire of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.


Jesus answered her, “If you knew the gift of God, and who it is who says to you, ‘Give me a drink,’ you would have asked him, and he would have given you living water.”


but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never thirst again. Indeed, the water that I will give them will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.”


For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.


As they travelled down the road, they came to some water, and the eunuch said, “Look, water! What prevents me from being baptized?”


whom God sent to be an atoning sacrifice through faith in his blood. This was a demonstration of ʜɪꜱ righteousness, through the restraint of God in passing over sins already committed


In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our transgressions, according to the riches of ʜɪꜱ grace


having heard of y’all’s faith in Christ Jesus and of the love which y’all have for all the saints,


By common confession, the mystery of godliness is great: He was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the ethnic groups, believed on in the world, and taken up in glory.


ʜᴇ saved us—not by righteous works that we have done, but according to ʜɪꜱ mercy—through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit,


How much more severe a punishment do y’all think someone deserves who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, and has treated as unclean the blood of the covenant through which he was sanctified, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?


to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks of something better than Abel’s.


Now may the God of peace, who with the blood of the eternal covenant brought up from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep, our Lord Jesus,


how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish to God, cleanse our consciences from dead works to serve the living God?


But the high priest alone enters the second tabernacle once in the year, and not without blood, which he offers for himself and for the sins the people committed in ignorance.


according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ and sprinkled with his blood: Grace and peace be multiplied to y’all.


and this is a symbol of the baptism which now saves y’all (not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but the pledge of a good conscience toward God) through the resurrection of Jesus Christ,


But if we walk in the light as ʜᴇ is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus ʜɪꜱ Son, cleanses us from all sin.


In this is love, not that we loved God, but that ʜᴇ loved us, and sent ʜɪꜱ Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins.


and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To him who loves us and has released us from our sins by his blood—


They sang a new song, saying, “You are worthy to take the scroll and to open its seals, because you were butchered, and with your blood you purchased for God people from every tribe, tongue, people, and ethnic group,


I told him, “My lord, you know.” He said to me, “These are the ones who came out of the great tribulation. They washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
