I have therefore whereof I may rejoice in Christ Iesu, in those things which pertain to God.


that no flesh should rejoice in his presence.


That according as it is written: he which rejoiceth, should rejoice in the Lord.


For who preferreth thee? What hast thou, that thou hast not received? if thou have received it: why rejoicest thou as though thou haddest not received it?


In that I preach the gospell I have nothing to rejoice of. For necessity is put unto me. Woe is it unto me if I preach not the gospell.


Nevertheless what I do, that will I do to cut away occasion from them which desire occasion, that they might be found like unto us in that wherein they rejoice:


If I must needs rejoice, I will rejoice of mine infirmities.


¶ We praise not ourselves again unto you, but give you an occasion to rejoice of us, that ye may have somewhat against them, which rejoice in the face, and not in the heart.


but the scripture concluded all things under sin, that the promise by the faith of Iesus Christ, should be given unto them that believe.


and cometh not of works, lest any man should boast himself.


and might be found in him, not having mine own righteousness which is of the law: But that which springeth of the faith which is in Christ. I mean the righteousness which cometh of God throwe faith
