The blind see, the halt go, the lepers are cleansed: The deaf hear, the dead are raised up again, and the gospel is preached to the poor.


¶ And when they were come to the people, there came to him a certain man, and kneeled down to him saying:


Iesus had compassion on him, and put forth his hand, touched him, and said unto him: I will, be clean.


¶ And when he was come out into the way, there came one running and kneeled to him, and asked him: Good Master, what shall I do, that I may inherit eternal life?


¶ And he gat himself from them, about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed,


And he kneeled down and cried with a loud voice: Lord impute not this sin unto them, For they wote not what they do. And when he had thus spoken he fell asleep.


¶ For this cause I bow my knees unto the father of our Lord Iesus Christ,
