What shall it profit a man, if he should win all the whole world: so he loose his own soul? Or else what shall a man give to redeem his soul again withall?


The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.


And the Lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely. For the children of this world, are in their kind, wiser then the children of light.


and the third day we cast out with our own hands the tackling of the ship.


When they had eaten enough, they lightened the ship and cast out the wheat into the sea.


¶ Wherefore let us also (seeing that we are compassed with so great a multitude of witnesses) lay away all that presseth down, and the sin that hangeth on us, and let us run with patience, unto the battle that is set before us,
