And the third day entered they into Cesaria. Cornelius waited for them, and had called together his kinsmen, and special friends.


And he commanded them to be baptised in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him, to tarry a few days.


¶ They which were scattered abroad thorow the affliction that arose about Steven, walked thorow out till they came unto Phenice and Cypers and Antioche, preaching the word to no man, but unto the jews only.


So sharp was the dissension between them, that they departed asunder one from the other. And Barnabas took Mark and sailed unto Cypers.


¶ When there was much disputing, Peter rose up and said unto them: Ye men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago, God chose among us that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospell and believe.


The next day, we that were of Paulus company, came unto Cesarea. And we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven, and abode with him.


¶ And Ioses which was also called of the Apostles Barnabas (that is to say the son of consolation, being a Levite, and of the country of Cipers)


but Philip was found at Azotus. And he walked thorow out the country preaching in their cities, till he came to Cesarea.


Salute Andronicus, and Iunia my cousins, which were prisoners with me also, which are well taken among the apostles, and were in Christ before me.


yet for love's sake I rather beseech thee, though I be as I am, even Paul aged, and now in bonds for Iesu Christe's sake.
