¶ And he went in and said unto them: Why make ye this ado and weep? The maiden is not dead, but sleepeth.


And the Lord saw her, and had compassion on her, and said unto her: weep not.


This said he. And after that he said unto them: our friend Lazarus sleepeth, but I go to wake him out of sleep.


Iesus said unto her: Said I not unto thee, that if thou didst believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God.


and there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutichus, fallen into a deep sleep. And as Paul declared he was the more overcome with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead.
