Woe be to thee Chorasin. Woe be to thee Bethsaida, for if the miracles which were shewed in you, had been done in Tyre and in Sidon: they had repented long agone in sackcloth and ashes.


Many that are first, shall be last and the last, shall be first.


¶ While he thus spake unto them, lo, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him saying: my daughter is dead already, but come, and lay thy hand on her, and she shall live.


and thou hast well done for to come. Now are we all here, present before God to hear all things that are commanded unto thee of God.


But they wandered thorow the countries, from Perga to Antioche a city of the country of Pisidia, and went into the synagoge on the saboth day, and sat down.


Be it known therefore unto you, that this consolation of God is sent to the gentiles, and they shall hear it.
