But when they deliver you, take no thought, how or what ye shall speak; for it shall be given you in that very hour what ye shall speak.


He that received the seed among the thorns, is he that heareth the word: and the care of this world and the deceitfulness of riches choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.


Therefore take not thought, saying, What shall we eat, or what shall we drink, or what shall we wear?


Take not therefore thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for itself: sufficient for the day is the evil thereof.


But when they shall hale you and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak; for it is not yet that speak, but the Holy Ghost.


who hear the word, And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.


But when they bring you to the synagogues and to magistrates and powers,


That which fell among thorns are they, who, having heard, go forth, and are choked with cares, and riches, and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.


He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?


The unmarried man careth for the things of the Lord, how he may please the Lord.


Be careful for nothing, but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God:


No man that warreth intangleth himself in the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath inlisted him.
