And great multitudes were gathered together, to him, so that he went into the vessel and sat, and all the multitude stood on the shore.


And Jesus passing thence, came nigh the sea of Galilee; and going up into a mountain, he sat down there.


And there followed him great multitudes from Galilee and Decapolis, and Jerusalem and Judea, and from beyond Jordan.


And he opened his mouth and taught them,


And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth to him whom he would, and they came to him.


And they come into an house: And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.


And again he taught by the sea-side, and a great multitude was gathered to him, so that going into the boat, he sat in the sea, and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.


And in those days he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in the prayer of God.


And coming down with them, he stood on a plain, and the croud of his disciples, and a great multitude of people from all Judea and Jerusalem, and the sea-coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases:


And lifting up his eyes on his disciples, he said, Happy are ye poor: for your's is the kingdom of God.


And about eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and James and John, and went up into a mountain to pray.


Jesus therefore knowing, that they were about to come and take him by force to make him a king, again retired to the mountain all alone.
