And the king hearing it was wroth, and sending forth his troops, destroyed those murderers and burnt their city.


Go ye therefore into the highways, and invite whomsoever ye find to the wedding-banquet.


And Jesus said, Can the children of the bride-chamber mourn, as long as the bride-groom is with them? But the days will come, when the bride-groom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.


But they who are accounted worthy to obtaan that world, and the resurrection from the dead, neither marry, nor are given in marriage.


Watch ye therefore and pray always, that ye may be counted worthy to escape all these things which will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.


Then Paul and Barnabas speaking boldly, said, It was necessary that the word of God should be spoken to you first; but seeing ye thrust it from you, and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold! we turn to the Gentiles.


A manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be accounted, worthy of the kingdom of God; for which also ye suffer.
