For this is he of whom it is written, Behold I send my messenger before thy face, who shall prepare thy way before thee.


And Jesus answering said to them, Go and tell John the things which ye hear and see.


saying, Tell ye the daughter of Sion, Behold thy king cometh to thee, meek and sitting on an ass, even a colt, the fole of an ass.


And the multitudes that went before and that followed after cried, saying, Hosanna to the son of David; blessed in the name of the Lord is he that cometh: Hosanna in the highest.


And they that went before, and they that followed after cried, saying, Hosanna: Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.


Saying, Blessed be the king that cometh in the name of the Lord: Peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.


Believest thou this? She saith to him, Yea, Lord, I believe thou art the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world.


that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, Took branches of palm-trees, and went out to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord, the king of Israel.


He will glorify me; for he will take of mine, and shew it you.


Jesus saith to her, Woman, Believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor at Jerusalem, worship the Father.


Then those men, having seen the miracle which Jesus did, said, Of a truth this is the prophet that was to come into the world.


And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this man hath done?


For yet a little while, and he that cometh will come and will not tarry.
